Best Sticker Websites for Teachers (2026)

Personalized, bulk, custom and classic: every kind of sticker shop a classroom needs, with real prices.

STSpellingJoy TeamLast Updated: September 3, 2026

A sticker is the smallest thing a teacher hands out and the one a kid keeps. Which is why the sticker aisle is bigger than it looks: there are bulk packs for behaviour charts, sticker strips for the collectors, custom printers for a school logo, subscriptions for one child, and, new in the last few years, personalized reward stickers that carry the teacher's own name. This guide covers all ten kinds of shop, with the prices we read off their pages on September 3, 2026.

What actually matters in a classroom sticker

Size. A 0.6 inch star is a chart sticker; nobody wears it home. A 1.5 to 2 inch sticker fits a picture and a line of text and survives a backpack. Carson Dellosa's Star Student stickers are 2.75 by 3.25 inches, SpellingJoy's are 1.7 inch circles, most Etsy personalized packs are around 1.5 inches.

Material. Paper labels are cheap and tear; vinyl and PVC kiss-cut stickers peel clean and take a water bottle. Sticker Mule, StickerYou, Printful and SpellingJoy print on vinyl or PVC. Many Etsy sellers print on label paper; check the listing.

The name. "Ms. Green says Whale done" is a different object from "Whale done". It goes home, it gets shown to a parent, it ends up on the fridge. Only SpellingJoy and the Etsy sellers print the teacher's name; none of the bulk brands do.

Price per sticker. The spread is enormous and it should be. Amazon's holographic stars work out under a cent each. Carson Dellosa is about 10 cents. Etsy's 192 pack with your name was 7 cents on sale. SpellingJoy is 94 cents for one sheet and 65 cents for three. StickerYou is 60 cents a sticker for one custom page. Sticker Mule circle stickers start at $1.02 in a run of 50. Match the price to the job: charts get stars, the big moments get the sticker with your name on it.

Time. Amazon and Carson Dellosa are on the desk in two days. Personalized and custom stickers are printed after you order: SpellingJoy about a week in the US, Sticker Mule four days, StickerYou about ten, Etsy anywhere from four days to three weeks depending on where the seller prints.

SpellingJoy sticker shop

Best personalized

SpellingJoy prints personalized reward sticker sheets: the teacher's name runs around the top of each sticker ("Ms. Green says"), a kawaii character sits in the middle and a praise line ("Whale done", "I am brave") runs along the bottom. You type your name, pick a palette and a shape, and the exact sheet renders on the page before checkout. One sheet is $11.29, two are $17.29, three are $23.29 (about 65 cents a sticker at three). Sheets are 5.83 by 8.27 inches with twelve 1.7 inch stickers, printed to order and shipped in the US in about a week.

Best for:Your name on every sticker, preview before you payPrice:From $11.29 a sheet of 12, US shipping included✓ verified 2026-09-03Grades:K-6 classroomsPlatforms:Web

Pros

  • Your name on every sticker, and you see the finished sheet before you pay
  • 28 sheet designs: animal puns, sea animals, dinosaurs, space, kindness, spelling, Halloween, winter, Valentine and more
  • 8 colour palettes and 3 shapes (circle, square, rosette) per sheet

Cons

  • 12 stickers a sheet, so bulk classrooms pay more per sticker than an Etsy 192 pack
  • US shipping only for now
2

Etsy personalized teacher stickers

Cheapest personalized

Etsy is where most personalized teacher stickers are sold, by hundreds of small sellers. On the day we checked, the top of the "personalised teacher reward stickers" results was a 192 label pack with the teacher's name for $13.11 (2.5k reviews), a well done label pack for $7.00 (12.4k reviews), and a round "Smart cookie, Super star" pack for $6.20 (4.8k reviews). Most are round, printed on label stock, with the name curved around a cartoon. Read the shop's recent reviews for print quality and delivery time; sellers ship from the US, the UK and Australia and it makes a difference.

Best for:Name stickers by the hundred, seller by sellerPrice:$6 to $13 a pack✓ verified 2026-09-03Grades:All classroomsPlatforms:Web

  • The biggest listings have thousands of reviews: 12.4k, 4.8k and 2.5k on the top three we checked
  • A 192 label pack with your name was $13.11 on sale, about 7 cents a sticker
  • Endless themes: animal puns, emoji, subject specific, holiday

Cons

  • Quality, sticker size and shipping time vary by seller; many print on paper labels rather than vinyl
  • Sale prices move; the same 192 pack listed at $17.48 full price
  • No preview of your finished sheet before you buy on most listings

Frequently asked questions

Which sticker website prints the teacher's name on the stickers?

SpellingJoy prints your name curved around every sticker on a sheet of 12 and shows you the finished sheet before checkout. On Etsy, hundreds of sellers offer name stickers; the largest listings had 12.4k, 4.8k and 2.5k reviews when we checked. Amazon best sellers, Carson Dellosa, SmileMakers and Mrs. Grossman's do not personalize.

What is the cheapest way to buy classroom stickers?

Bulk packs on Amazon: 1,620 holographic stars in one value pack, 3,000 foil stars, 1,000 glitter smileys, all under a cent a sticker. Carson Dellosa's 24 pack for $2.49 is about 10 cents a sticker with a much bigger sticker.

How big should a reward sticker be?

Chart stickers are 0.6 to 1 inch. A sticker meant to be worn or shown is 1.5 to 2 inches, big enough for a picture and one line of text. SpellingJoy prints 1.7 inch circles; Carson Dellosa Star Student stickers are 2.75 by 3.25 inches.

How long do custom or personalized stickers take?

They are printed after you order. SpellingJoy ships in the US in about a week, Sticker Mule turns around in four days with free shipping, StickerYou quoted about ten days for standard delivery, and Etsy sellers vary from a few days to three weeks depending on where they print.

Are vinyl stickers worth it over paper?

For anything a kid keeps, yes. Paper labels tear and fade; vinyl and PVC kiss-cut stickers peel clean and survive a water bottle. For a behaviour chart that gets thrown away on Friday, paper stars are fine.

Our Verdict

For a sticker a kid brings home, SpellingJoy is the one with your name on it, and you see the sheet before you pay. For the cheapest personalized pack, the Etsy 192 label listing is hard to beat if the reviews on the seller hold up.

For a chart, buy stars by the thousand on Amazon and do not think about it. For a school logo, Sticker Mule. For your own artwork on one page, StickerYou. For one child who loves stickers, Pipsticks.
