Amazon's best sellers in student incentives are 0.6 inch holographic stars in packs of 1,620 and 3,000, and 1 inch glitter smileys by the thousand. They cost under a cent each and arrive in two days. This is the right sticker for a chart, and the wrong one for anything a kid keeps.
Prize box stickers: licensed and bulk

Moment stickers: big, with a picture, ideally with your name
This is the sticker on the spelling test that gets shown at dinner. It needs to be 1.5 inches or more, on vinyl or PVC so it survives the backpack, and it lands harder with the teacher's name on it.
