Does verification cost anything?
No. Verification, the portal, corrections, and badges are free - forever. We don’t sell placements, so there’s nothing to upsell.
Can we pay to improve our ranking?
No, and please don’t ask - rankings are editorial and the correction system physically can’t touch them. That’s exactly why the badge is worth something.
Who can verify an app?
Anyone with an email on your company’s domain. Agencies and parent companies are reviewed by hand instead.
Our price or facts are wrong. How fast is a fix?
Submit the correction from your portal with a link to your own site. We verify against that page and publish within one business day, stamped with the date and source.
What if our product isn’t listed yet?
Add it yourself at spellingjoy.com/for-vendors/add - our editors review every submission. Being listed is never paid either.
How long does review take - and is listing guaranteed?
Editors review by hand on a best-effort basis: it can take days or longer, we don’t guarantee the order submissions are processed in, and listing is always at our editorial discretion. You can also ask to be removed from all listings at any time by emailing info@spellingjoy.com.
