SpellingJoy (operated by Veloris, LLC) uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. This page lists all of them, what each one does, and how you can change your choice at any time.

Essential cookies

These make the Service work and do not require consent. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a cookie that remembers your cookie choice itself. Without these, signing in and staying signed in would not work.

Analytics cookies (only if you accept)

If you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used, which pages help, and which need work. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded and these cookies are never set. Declining does not limit any feature of the Service.

We also use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device and does not identify you, which is why it is not part of the consent question.

What we do not use

No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no social media pixels. Analytics is never loaded on student practice pages regardless of consent.
